This sealing ring is integrally molded from high-density elastic rubber with excellent compression resilience, oil resistance and anti-aging performance, effectively blocking liquid leakage, gas overflow and dust infiltration at pipeline joints. The outer flange plate is evenly distributed with multiple circular mounting holes for aligning with standard flange bolts to realize fixed installation without displacement under high water pressure. The double-layer concentric ring inner structure increases contact area between the gasket and flange surface, eliminating gaps caused by uneven flange planes and improving overall sealing stability during long-term operation.
The R&D team completed compression rebound, liquid immersion and repeated assembly aging tests to optimize rubber hardness and anti-corrosion performance. Custom inner and outer diameters, mounting hole quantities, hole positions and rubber materials including NBR and EPDM are available for OEM bulk orders for fluid control equipment manufacturers and municipal pipeline engineering contractors. The flexible rubber body fits irregular flange surfaces perfectly and does not harden or crack under alternating cold and hot working conditions.
